The Halton District School Board's Code of Conduct states that it is the responsibility of the student and parent(s) to ensure that students attend school regularly and on time.
Should the need arise for a student to be late or absent, it must be entered no later than 10:00am for same-day reporting.
Families receive instructions on how to register for SchoolMessenger when they register for school.
All families must register for SchoolMessenger to report student absences online and set communication preferences for receiving messages from your child's school and the HDSB.
